You can order Resale Certificate or PUD Questionnaire online thru www.condocerts.com

Please Remember Resale Certificates are
only good for 90 days.

Here's how it works:
  • Agent or Seller orders the resale cert on www.condocerts.com (fees will need to be paided by a credit card when ordering)
  • CondoCerts sends it to Select Property & Association Management, we will complete the information and send it back to CondoCerts
  • CondoCerts emails the Agent/Seller to print the Resale Certificate
  • Seller's Agent or Seller forwards it to the Buyer (Pennsylvania law says the "Seller is the responsible party")
  • Buyer reviews the resale package prior to settlement
  • Buyer and Seller sign the resale acknowledgement form before or during settlement
  • The Title Company collects all HOA fees at settlement
  • Title Company mails the signed acknowledgement form and checks to Select Property & Association Management
