Frank S. Levanti, Vice President

Frank began his real estate career shortly after graduating from Penn State University in 1992. Frank has been managing several Condominium and Homeowner Associations in Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Chester Counties, while also providing sales and leasing services to his customers.

Frank’s management portfolio includes properties for several premier Berks and Lancaster County builders. Frank is a licensed PA realtor and a member of the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Over the course of his property Management Career, Frank has earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations both of which are professional designations awarded by CAI.

Frank brings to Select years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and management.

Kelli Baughman, Community Manager

Kelli Baughman joined the Select team in April 2007. She is a graduate of the Millersville University with a degree in Quantitative Economics. Kelli previously worked in the property management field. Through past work experience and schooling, she has gained strong customer service and communication skills.

Kelli says that every day is a learning experience for her. She commented, “I enjoy working with people and helping solve their problems. For this reason, I feel a sense of satisfaction when I leave work”. Away from work, Kelli enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family.

Brian Patterson, Community Manager

Brian Patterson joined the Select Property & Association Management team in May 2009. He established himself as a property manager in Philadelphia where he managed several commercial and multifamily units. The most prominent being the historical YMCA building located at 1425 Arch St. in center city, and 170 units in the trendy up and coming Northern Liberties section of the city. Brian is excited to join the Select Management family. He and his wife Emily are also looking forward to starting a family of their own in the Lancaster area.

Jeri L. Diesinger, Community Manager

Jeri Diesinger jointed the Select team in June 2009.  A Professional Geologist, Jeri spent 15 years in the Environmental Consulting industry working as Project Manager on multi-million dollar Superfund investigation and remediation projects.  For the past 10 years, Jeri served as a municipal manager in townships located in Berks and Chester Counties. She also is a certified Berks County Master Planner.

As member of her homeowners' association, she served for three years as Treasurer and currently functions as its President.  Her experience in local municipal government and her technical background provides Jeri with the ability to successfully serve as a Select Community Manager.

Emily Griffith, Community Manager

Emily Griffith has over twenty-five years experience in administration management combined with fifteen years working with community associations and commercial real estate management.  She worked at several companies in Honolulu and Big Island, Hawaii and San Antonio, Texas, managing various properties including multiple community associations.  Emily also worked on the Developer side, transitioning associations from Developer control to homeowner control.  She has also served as a Condominium Board of Director.  Emily relocated to Elizabethtown.  Her interests include reading, writing, exercising, church, family and good friends.  Emily’s past experience working with community associations provides her with the ability to successfully serve as a Community Manager. 

Amy Dickinson, Accounting Manager

Amy grew up in Ephrata and graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BS in Education. She has been working in the accounting field for over 18 years at various organizations including non profit organizations such as the Ephrata Community Hospital and the North Central District AIDS Coalition in Center County, The United Way of Forsyth County, Georgia, and the Education Foundation of Sarasota County in Florida and City government, and for “for profit” organizations including her family restaurant and bakery business.

Amy has also served on the Board of Directors of her homeowners’ association in Florida and wrote and published their quarterly newsletter. For fun, Amy enjoys ballroom dancing, golfing, singing and playing the piano, theater, traveling, and spoiling her grandson.

Alyssa K. Myers, Projects Coordinator

Alyssa joined the Select Team in March 2009. She is a recent graduate of Messiah College with a degree in marketing. As a business student, Alyssa had the privilege of joining the International Business Institute, and especially enjoyed traveling across Europe and Russia for 10 weeks. While at Messiah, she worked in the Career Center creating marketing materials as well as planning and promoting various events. Alyssa is happy to be a part of the Select team as she begins her career.

Earl Benton, Assistant Community Manager

Earl comes to Select Property & Association Management with over 20 years of Sales and Customer Service management experience. Previous to Select, a majority of his career has been spent owning/managing a Material Handling/Packaging distributorship in California. His education includes Financial Accounting and Business Development from the University of Phoenix.

In Earl's spare time, he volunteers to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity while being a devoted husband and expecting his first grandchild.

Lisa Wickenheiser, Accounting Administrator

After growing up in Lancaster County, Lisa recently returned “home” from western Maryland. While out-of-state, she spent her time raising three children, volunteering as her homeowners’ association treasurer, and going to school full-time. She graduated magna cum laude with an Associate degree in accounting and is well on her way to her bachelor’s degree. In her spare time, she loves to write, attend live music and theater productions, and volunteer for various local non-profit organizations.

Lisa is excited to join the Select team and looks forward to building her career here.
