Frank S. Levanti, Vice President of Operations
Frank began his real estate career shortly after graduating from Penn State University in 1992. Frank has managed several Condominium and Homeowner Associations in Berks, Lancaster, Lebanon, and Chester Counties, while also providing sales and leasing services to his customers.
Frank’s past management portfolio included properties for several premier Berks and Lancaster County builders. Frank is a licensed PA realtor and a member of the Reading-Berks Association of Realtors and the Community Associations Institute (CAI). Over the course of his property Management Career, Frank has earned the Association Management Specialist (AMS) and the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) designations both of which are professional designations awarded by CAI. He is also currently on the CAI Pennsylvania and Delaware Valley Chapter Board of Directors.
Frank brings to Select over 18 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing and management and enjoys working with the Select Team.
Kelli Baughman, Community Manager
Kelli Baughman joined the Select team in April 2007. She is a graduate of the Millersville University with a degree in Quantitative Economics. Kelli previously worked in the property management field. Through past work experience and schooling, she has gained strong customer service and communication skills.
Kelli says that every day is a learning experience for her. She commented, “I enjoy working with people and helping solve their problems. For this reason, I feel a sense of satisfaction when I leave work”. Away from work, Kelli enjoys playing volleyball and spending time with her family.
Brian Patterson, Community Manager & Compliance Coordinator
Brian Patterson joined the Select Property & Association Management team in May 2009. He established himself as a property manager in Philadelphia where he managed several commercial and multifamily units. The most prominent being the historical YMCA building located at 1425 Arch St. in center city, and 170 units in the trendy up and coming Northern Liberties section of the city. Brian has been very instrumental in streamlining operations since joining the team. Brian is excited to join the Select Management family. He and his wife Emily are also looking forward to starting a family of their own in the Lancaster area.
Eric Stankiewicz, Community Manager
Eric graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and Marketing. He holds a PA Real Estate License, and has ten years of experience managing both commercial and residential properties. He is excited to be a part of the Select team. Eric lives in Mount Joy with his wife a three daughters ranging in age from one and a half to seven. In his spare time, Eric enjoys golfing, working in the yard, and reading.
Amber Green, Community Manager
Amber Green is a graduate of Hood College with a degree in Elementary and Secondary Education. Amber started with Select Property & Association Management in June, 2011. Prior to working at Select, Amber Green owned a preschool and was the Director of a Non-Profit Daycare Placement Agency. Amber also taught middle and high school Social Studies for two different School Systems. She also teaches Intro. to Business for multiple adult education programs in Lancaster, PA. Amber has also worked as a leasing agent and community development advisor for various apartment complexes. Currently, Amber serves as a Penn Manor School Board Director and is also the President of her Homeowners Association. Amber enjoys spending time with her family, working out and continuing her education.
Earl Benton, Resident Manager
Earl comes to Select Property & Association Management with over 20 years of Sales and Customer Service management experience. Previous to Select, a majority of his career has been spent owning/managing a Material Handling/Packaging distributorship in California. His education includes Financial Accounting and Business Development from the University of Phoenix. In Earl's spare time, he volunteers to organizations such as Habitat for Humanity while being a devoted husband and recent grandfather.
Michael Lapinsky, Resident Manager
Mike is a 2007 graduate of Temple University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Major in Marketing. He spent over two years as an Account Representative for an Ephrata, PA based advertising agency and prior to that held a sales role with the Philadelphia Flyers. He spends his free time coaching soccer for Garden Spot High School, playing in mens soccer leagues, golfing and traveling.
Kelly Keperling, Resident Manager
Kelly comes to Select Property & Association Management with seven years in customer service Real Estate experience. Previous to Select, Kelly worked as an assistant to a Broker and Commercial Property Management Company. She is always up for a challenge and is excited to grow with Select. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with friends, going to the beach and spending time with her family. .
Samantha Faulstick, Resident Manager
Samantha joined the Select Property & Association Management team in August 2011. She is a graduate of both Kutztown University and Lehigh Carbon Community College with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice and a Certificate in Paralegal Studies. In her spare time, she enjoys outdoor activities, swimming, being with family and friends, volunteering through her church and Christopher's Cure (a family friend's cancer foundation). She also truly enjoys helping others and anything that makes her smile or laugh because as they say; smiles and laughter are the best kind of medicine!
Amy Dickinson, Accounting Manager
Amy grew up in Ephrata and graduated from Elizabethtown College with a BS in Education. She has been working in the accounting field for over 20 years at various organizations including non profit organizations such as the Ephrata Community Hospital and the North Central District AIDS Coalition in Centre County, The United Way of Forsyth County, Georgia, the Education Foundation of Sarasota County in Florida and City government. She also owned and operated a family restaurant and bakery in Missouri.
Amy served on the Board of Directors of her homeowners’ association in Florida and wrote and published their quarterly newsletter. For fun, Amy enjoys ballroom dancing, golf, singing and playing the piano, theater, traveling, and spoiling her grandson.
Patrick Daly, Accounting Administrator
Patrick recently graduated with Highest Honors from HACC with an Associate’s Degree in Accounting. He also has plans to start pursuing his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in the Fall of 2010 at Albright College or Elizabethtown College. Patrick currently resides in Lebanon, is a devoted husband & father that has been married for 4 years. He also has 3 young daughters ranging from 8 years to 4 months old. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, fishing, golfing, and reading.
Suzanne Crowley, Collections Specialist
Suzanne comes to Select Property & Association Management with 11 years in customer service. Previous to Select, a large part of her career was working at a law office out side of the Philadelphia area. She recently moved to Lancaster, PA to start up and manage a privately owned college dormitory in York, PA. Suzanne assists on several properties and serves as a contact for our residents.
